Micheal Kingsford was from Essex County, Massachusetts. Joining the police department when he was 22
he used his willingness to do the boring jobs that others did not want to in order to advance his career. He was apart of a stakeout that
ended up working with the ATF when he was 26. After impressing the agents he was offered a chance to use
his skills for stake out and surviellence to help on a federal level as opposed to remaining a local officer.
After being hired on by the ATF two years later he was asked to moved to Texas.
One of their survillence experts was retiring and he was sent to insure against a shortfall occuring.
While their he was taught several very useful skills, such as recording or keeping track
of anything he got his hands on just in case it proved useful later on.
(will finish later)
